Still plenty happening on the Yorkshire Park front as we look forward to a successful 2026. Racing: We Dealin Diamonds finished off the year with two more impressive wins at Wagga and Albury which takes her winning career to six wins from 15 starts.  Following her Albury win by 15 metres she headed to the paddock for a well-earned break albeit not for too long.  Go Home Jo one of our original horses we sold finished her racing career in early January after suffering atriall fibrillation during her recent start at Pinjarra.  The mare finished her racing career with 15 wins, 23 seconds and 21 thirds for prizemoney of $101,966.  Brightly Blaze, Seaside Elegance, Sweet Kova, Always Watching and Heavenly Flyer all return from their stint in the paddock over the next week or so.  Our Miki Diva continues to perform well but just can’t break through at the moment. 2025 wrap up for Yorkshire Park bred or owned horses delivered 38 wins from 13 individual runners for the year with Birkirkara being the standout with eight wins for the season. A good result for the year – let’s see what we can do in 2026. Breeding News: Our final two mares have foaled with Carrera Mystic foaling a colt by Soho Tribecca and Sixty Plus foaling a filly by King of the North. That brings us to the end of foaling season with four colts and two fillies. Magical has returned a final positive to E L Titan while we await Classy Countess (Major Moth), She Will Rock (Poster Boy), Sixty Plus (E L Titan) and Watch the Dream (Captain Crunch) all awaiting final results. 2026 Nutrien Yearling Sales: The 2026 yearling sales will be upon us shortly and catalogues should be available by the end of December.  The catalogues are already available online www.nutrienstandardbred.com.au.  Our yearlings will be represented in both Sydney on March 8th and Melbourne on April 12th.
